This year under the provision of Macquarie Graduate School of Management, Australia, five business schools will set off a scholarship scheme under which some women will have the facility to obtain free MBA degrees. With the help of this scheme, women will have noteworthy support for their study which will potentially cover up their tuition fees ranging up to $70,000 as well.

All around Australia the number of women pursuing MBA is very low, only 35%. The recognized universities of Australia, such as, Monash University, Curtin University, and the University of South Australia will offer to more than 320 women MBA scholarships that will provide them either with a full or partial scholarship.

As a pertinent mark of the success of this scheme, about 32 students who are female have applied to study at MGSM’s MBA program and under this scholarship the business school and the employers of each woman will share the entire cost of her study. What’s more, MGSM has planned to give 100 MBA scholarships to women amounting around $4 million for holding up to the principles of the scheme, where $4 million more amount will come from employers.

Under this program until now 23 employers have shown concern, and some of them are even aiding financially more than one student.Apart from getting tuition fee support, under this scholarship scheme the women in MBA are being facilitated by their employers who commit on giving convenient assistance which include help to find suitable work and guidance for developing career plan for women after they complete their MBA. This is the way to make certain study completion for women, mostly with family responsibilities and a guarantee for promotion when they complete their MBA study.

The art of quality writing - Management Writing Solutions

Stephen King said about writing “The scariest moment is always, just before you start”.

Now writing is a process that involves a multitude of hammering the iron, before or after it is red hot to finally give it the shape the writer wants it to take. Be it writing about anything, ranging from academic assignment to a one page story to a novel, every topic desires a thoughtful procedure to reach its proper conclusion. Budding writers or professional writers, everyone follows a process craved on their own knowingly or unknowingly.

Pre-writing, as odd as it sounds is an indispensable part of your writing process. If nothing else, it involves creating a rough draft, a preliminary idea of what and how you are going to plan your writing. Put on your thinking cap; jot down whatever you see around- people, animals, things, and your favourite food, the bossy neighbour you despise, and write it down on your notepad for reference later. Ideas can be generated from all of them, or any of them. In case of academic writing though, you need not go further as you already have the idea which you want to explore on. Do not start immediately as you get an idea. Take your time, let it take shape, develop on it and make it a proper piece.

Do some free writing. Take up a blank paper, (or on your computer, if you want to type) and write on the topic whatever comes to your mind. Do not edit just then. You can do that later when you write the final draft.

Planning and structure is heavily required for some genres such as professional academic writing or if it is a professional piece you are doing. Progress logically and start with the first set of the topic first and then work through the later parts.

Above all, read and practisewriting. It is a good option to read up on the work of published authors according to specific genres as they interest you for ideas and to see how they write. Some might not be useful, but some will. Exploring new avenues always help sharpening an art, and writing is just that!
